1. सेवाओं की प्रकृति (nature of services)
हमारी सभी सेवाएं डिजिटल और दस्तावेज़ आधारित हैं जैसे:(All our services are digital and document based such as)
- ITR फाइलिंग (Income Tax Retrun File)
- PAN कार्ड (Pan Card)
- MSME पंजीकरण (Udhyam Registration)
- बीमा सेवाएं (Insurance Services)
- SAN, GST पंजीकरण आदि (GST, SAN, FOOD, ITS.)
इन सेवाओं की प्रक्रिया क्लाइंट द्वारा दी गई जानकारी पर आधारित होती है।
The processing of these services is based on the information provided by the Client.
2. जानकारी की सत्यता (accuracy of information)
ग्राहक यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि दी गई जानकारी (जैसे PAN, आधार, बैंक डिटेल्स आदि) पूरी तरह सही और वैध है।
गलत जानकारी के कारण यदि सेवा में देरी या त्रुटि होती है, तो Suresh E Services उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
(The Customer shall ensure that the information provided (such as PAN, Aadhaar, Bank details etc.) is correct and valid.
Suresh E Services shall not be responsible if there is any delay or error in the service due to incorrect information.)
3. भुगतान और शुल्क (Payments and Fees)
- सभी सेवाओं के शुल्क पूर्व-निर्धारित होते हैं। (Charges for all services are pre-determined.)
- एक बार सेवा लेने के बाद शुल्क refundable नहीं होगा, सिवाय कुछ विशेष मामलों के (जैसे काम शुरू नहीं हुआ हो)। (Once the service is availed, the fee is non-refundable except in special cases (such as work not having started).)
- भुगतान UPI, Cash या Online माध्यमों से किया जा सकता है। (Payment can be made through UPI, Cash or Online.)
4. सेवा समयावधि (Turnaround Time)
हम हर सेवा को समय पर पूरा करने की कोशिश करते हैं, लेकिन सरकारी पोर्टल्स या तकनीकी कारणों से कभी-कभी देरी संभव है। (We try to complete every service on time, but sometimes delay may happen due to government portals or technical reasons.)
5. प्रोसेस की शुरुआत (Start of process)
सेवा की प्रक्रिया केवल तब शुरू होगी जब: (The service process will only commence if:)
- सभी ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़ मिल जाएं (Get all the necessary documents)
- भुगतान प्राप्त हो जाए (receive payment)
- ग्राहक द्वारा पुष्टि मिल जाए (get confirmation from the customer)
6. गोपनीयता (Privacy)

7. नियमों में बदलाव (change in rules)
