Canara Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Age Limit
- Minimum Age Limit: 20 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years
- Candidates must have been born not earlier than 01.09.1997 and not later than 01.09.2005 (both days inclusive).
Qualification
भारत सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी विषय में डिग्री (स्नातक) या केंद्र सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त कोई समकक्ष योग्यता। उम्मीदवारों ने अपनी स्नातक की परीक्षा 01.01.2022 से पहले और 01.09.2025 के बाद उत्तीर्ण नहीं होनी चाहिए।
Salary
- A monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000/- (including subsidy amount, if any, by Govt. of India) shall be paid to the apprentice during the period of apprenticeship training. The Apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits. (प्रशिक्षुता प्रशिक्षण की अवधि के दौरान प्रशिक्षु को 15,000/- रुपये का मासिक वजीफा (भारत सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली सब्सिडी राशि, यदि कोई हो, सहित) दिया जाएगा। प्रशिक्षु किसी अन्य भत्ते/लाभ के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं।)
- Canara Bank will make a payment of 10,500/- into the apprentices account on a monthly basis. Government share of Stipend of Rs. 4500 will be directly credited to the Apprentices Bank account through DBT mode as per extant guidelines.(केनरा बैंक मासिक आधार पर प्रशिक्षुओं के खाते में 10,500/- रुपये का भुगतान करेगा। मौजूदा दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, 4500 रुपये का सरकारी हिस्सा सीधे डीबीटी के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षुओं के बैंक खाते में जमा किया जाएगा।)
- The stipend shall be paid to Apprentices each month after adjusting Loss of pay, If any. (वेतन की हानि, यदि कोई हो, को समायोजित करने के बाद प्रशिक्षुओं को प्रत्येक माह वजीफा का भुगतान किया जाएगा।)
Selection Process
Test of local language
- Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the local language test. (जो अभ्यर्थी 10वीं या 12वीं कक्षा की अंकतालिका/प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करेंगे, जिससे यह प्रमाणित हो कि उन्होंने निर्दिष्ट स्थानीय भाषा का अध्ययन किया है, उन्हें स्थानीय भाषा परीक्षा देने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।)
- For other candidates, the test for knowledge of local language will be conducted as a part of selection process. It will be conducted when the candidate is called for Document Verification by the Bank.(अन्य उम्मीदवारों के लिए, चयन प्रक्रिया के एक भाग के रूप में स्थानीय भाषा के ज्ञान के लिए परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी। यह परीक्षा तब आयोजित की जाएगी जब उम्मीदवार को बैंक द्वारा दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।)
- Candidates who fail to qualify this test will not be engaged as apprent (जो अभ्यर्थी इस परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण नहीं हो पाएंगे, उन्हें प्रशिक्षु के रूप में नियुक्त नहीं किया जाएगा।)
Physical/ Medical fitness
Engagement of selected Apprentices is subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank. (चयनित प्रशिक्षुओं की नियुक्ति बैंक की आवश्यकता के अनुसार उन्हें चिकित्सकीय रूप से फिट घोषित किए जाने के अधीन है।)
Eligibility
- The merit list of those candidates who have applied will be prepared State wise in descending order on the basis of marks/percentage obtained in 12th Std (HSC/10+2)/ Diploma Examination.(आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की मेरिट सूची 12वीं कक्षा (एचएससी/10+2)/डिप्लोमा परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों/प्रतिशत के आधार पर अवरोही क्रम में राज्यवार तैयार की जाएगी।)
- In case more than one candidate is having the same percentage, such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order in the merit.(यदि एक से अधिक अभ्यर्थियों का प्रतिशत समान है, तो ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों को उनकी आयु के अनुसार मेरिट में अवरोही क्रम में स्थान दिया जाएगा।)
- The minimum qualifying marks will not be less than 60% (55% for SC / ST /PwBD candidates) 12th Std (HSC/10+2)/ Diploma Examination. (न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक 60% (एससी / एसटी / पीडब्ल्यूबीडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 55%) 12 वीं कक्षा (एचएससी / 10 + 2) / डिप्लोमा परीक्षा से कम नहीं होंगे।)
- The fraction of percentage so arrived will be ignored i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60% and 54.99% will be treated as less than 55% and will be treated as not eligible / unfit for the subject selection process.(इस प्रकार प्राप्त प्रतिशत के अंश को नजरअंदाज कर दिया जाएगा, अर्थात 59.99% को 60% से कम माना जाएगा और 54.99% को 55% से कम माना जाएगा और उन्हें विषय चयन प्रक्रिया के लिए अयोग्य/अनुपयुक्त माना जाएगा।)
- Merit list will be prepared based only on the information submitted by the candidate during online application. In case of any discrepancy observed at the time of Document Verification, the application will be disqualified summarily.(ऑनलाइन आवेदन के दौरान उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गई जानकारी के आधार पर ही मेरिट सूची तैयार की जाएगी। दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के समय किसी भी प्रकार की विसंगति पाए जाने पर, आवेदन को तुरंत रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।)

Candidates have to apply online from 23.09.2025 to 12.10.2025 through the link provided in the Bank’s website www.canarabank.bank.in – Careers- Recruitment – Engagement of Graduate Apprentices in Canara Bank under Apprentices Act, 1961 for FY 2025-26 and no other mode of application will be accepted. (उम्मीदवारों को बैंक की वेबसाइट www.canarabank.bank.in पर दिए गए लिंक के माध्यम से 23.09.2025 से 12.10.2025 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा – करियर- भर्ती – वित्त वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए अपरेंटिस अधिनियम, 1961 के तहत केनरा बैंक में स्नातक अपरेंटिस की नियुक्ति और आवेदन का कोई अन्य तरीका स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।)
Candidate will have to mention their enrollment ID generated after applying on NATS portal while applying for training seats.(प्रशिक्षण सीटों के लिए आवेदन करते समय अभ्यर्थी को एनएटीएस पोर्टल पर आवेदन करने के बाद प्राप्त नामांकन आईडी का उल्लेख करना होगा।)
Pre-Requisites for Applying Online:
- Scan: Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), Signature, Left thumb impression, Hand written declaration
- Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted
- The photograph/ signature/ left thumb impression/ handwritten declaration/ should be properly scanned and should not be smudged/ blurred
- The above mentioned hand written declaration has to be in the candidate’s hand writing and in English only and should NOT BE IN CAPITAL LETTERS. If it is written by anybody else or in any other language, the application will be considered as invalid.
